When you think of the NBA's greatest players Manu iGinobili sn't on anyone really short list, although he should be.

Where do you rank him in the league, top 5, top 10, top 20?

Top 20...but he'll always be overshadowed playing next to Duncan, as will Tony Parker. But both are great players...Parker is going to win a MVP at some point in his career, I guarantee you.

He is the best spanish speaking player in the world. Other than that he is maybe the 15th best player in the world.

Best flopper/cheap foul getter since Bill Lambeer/Reggie Miller! I don't know if it is the Anti-San Antonio referees in the Dallas/San Antonio series or just the refs finally catching on, but it is sure great to see him not getting so many cheap fouls like years gone by! :103631605

Ron Artest sent him to the bench for alot of the Spurs-Kings series by totally getting into his head. He is quick and can score but he is a flopper. He also has a gold medal.

15th in the world and the average person would have no idea who he was.

Before reading the thread, I thought he was a baseball player, but I guess that was Mirabelli.

He's what you call a gamer - during regular season he just a good player on your team - come playoff time he starts any all-star team - he does everything to win and he's clutch - if I could pick 5 guys for my greatest current team in a one game situation Manu would be on it - as would Duncan - and then you have to wonder how Dallas leads this series 3-1 - this has been far worse then the Superbowl.

Very underrated. You could make a strong case he should have been the MVP in the Finals last year!

With impartial referrees the best the mavs could hope for right now would be a 2 to 2 tie in games. Probably 3 to 1 Spurs! That being said, the Spurs are boring and non-gamblers would much rather see the Mavs, I believe. (No conspiracy theories , please.)
